BRAVO purchases services from independent providers, and thus does not have the same relationship- employee benefits, severance pay, paid leave etc.-as the traditional employment-oriented firm.

However, we do offer the advantages of flexibility, location-neutrality, and right of refusal (if unavailable for specific projects, there is no penalty or effect on other assignments).

Please note that BRAVO tends to accept more than one candidate for the same post in the expectation of turnover and periodic unavailability.
